[Bluetooth] Failed to connect: org.bluez.Error.Failed
Error after removing then reconnecting my Bluetooth dongle. The culprit was PulseAudio, which needed to be restarted:
$ pulseaudio -k
# re-do bluetoothctl stuff (may not be needed)
$ pulseaudio --startComments
